Initial Assessment / Diagnostic with Treatment Plan - $150.00
Individual Therapy - 45 minutes -$105.00 • 1 hour - $115.00
Couples Therapy - 1 hour -$125.00
Note: • You will be charged at the time of each service for your individual or couples session. • Services may be canceled at anytime by contacting Cynthia Rebholz. • Vibrant Life Practice does not accept insurance. However, if you have out of network benefits, we are able to courtesy bill most insurances for your reimbursement.
